Rules and Regulations

  1. Registration as a student is compulsory for participation in any  Recofes'17 Events.​

  2. Registration process is completed by paying the required fees at the Recofes'17 Registration Desk. Fees depend on the event chosen by the participant.

  3. Registration for all the events can be done either in the website or on the spot.​

  4. Each participant must bring his/her valid college identity card to complete the registration process.

  5. Accommodation for the outstation candidates can be arranged on prior requisition before 20th February, 2017.

  6. Only the Participants and the Staff in-charge will be allowed inside the venue. Guests will not be entertained. No participant or team will be allowed unless if they are accompanied by their staff in-charge.

  7. Misbehaviour of any kind during the event will lead to disqualification of the concerned team or the participant.

  8. Vulgarity to dress code leads to disqualification. 

  9. The audience is expected to carry college identity cards/entry passes/ tickets in order to seek entry in the auditorium/Hall.  However, the organisers reserve the right to bar the entry or to expel anybody out of the auditorium/hall if found guilty of any misconduct.

  10. Decision of the Judge will be final and binding on all the participants.

  11. Participants are advised to take safety measures/care of their property, valuables, etc., during the performance or otherwise, in green room or in the college premises. The College or any concerned person shall not be responsible for the damage, loss or injury and no compensation/redressal shall be paid made.

  12. No hazardous material, such as weapons inflammable/toxic chemicals/ materials will be permitted on the premises.

  13. Violation of the time limit shall lead to an immediate disqualification.
